Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Australian orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–8 business days; express shipping takes 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $50.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at hello@Elurebeauty.com.au as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. All products sold by Elure Beauty are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorised distributors and brand partners.
Are the products safe for sensitive skin?
We stock products formulated with clean, gentle ingredients. However, we always recommend checking the ingredient list if you have known sensitivities or allergies. When in doubt, do a patch test first.
What is PDRN technology?
PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a cutting-edge ingredient derived from salmon DNA that helps stimulate skin regeneration, boost collagen production, and deeply hydrate the skin. It's a hero ingredient in many of our Korean skincare products.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened lip or skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty. See our full Returns Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email hello@Elurebeauty.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
