We want you to love every product you receive from Elure Beauty. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened lip or skincare products unless the item is faulty or damaged.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@Elurebeauty.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us at: BYS Beauty Returns, Suite 8, 210 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for faulty or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please contact us at hello@Elurebeauty.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
